Please read the policy carefully. This is the Return & Refund Policy for Frugal Chic Life, LLC. 

Payment Methods Accepted

Frugal Chic Life, LLC accepts PayPal and most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

Live Workshops, Group Coaching, and 1:1 Coaching/Consultation

If you purchase a ticket to a live workshop (in-person or virtual) and wish to request a refund you may do so up to 72 hours before the event. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event. There are no refunds issued for group coaching or for 1:1 business or money coaching.

Digital Downloads and Courses

I stand behind my products and your satisfaction with them is extremely important to me. However, because of the nature of digital products, I generally offer no refunds or exchanges. This is due to the product being delivered immediately upon purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges on instant download products such as ebooks, printables, courses or workshop replays.

T-shirts

Once shipped a t-shirt has shipped there will be no refund or exchange.

Other Physical Products (Planners & Budget Accessories)

I currently ship most physical products within the continental US. Budget planners can also be shipped to Hawaii (please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery unless expedited shipping has been requested).

We do not accept returns on shipped products. Please review online descriptions and photos thoroughly to ensure that the purchased item will meet your needs.  If you order is damaged during shipping, please contact me at nicole@frugalchiclife.com so I can correct the issue. It is up to the buyer to assure the quality of all goods upon the receipt of the product.  In order to be eligible to receive a refund or store credit for a defective or damaged product, your request must be received within thirty (30) days of the original order date. Any approved refund or store credit will be for the value of the returned items. 

If you do not receive the correct product as ordered due to an error on my end, I will gladly pay for the return and the shipment cost of the correct item. For shipping delays due to an error on the purchaser’s end (e.g. incorrect shipping address entered at checkout), you will be responsible for paying the replacement item and the additional shipping costs for the replacement item.
